Thirty years ago, E Noa Tours was created not only to serve you, our customer, but also to satisfy your needs. The name "E Noa" was chosen because it means in Hawaiian "freedom from restriction."

The two founders were eager to provide means of transportation purely for your pleasure, a system free to shape itself to the needs of riders who were not bound for daily occupations or with specific obligations. It is up to us to develop this intent to its best and highest degree.

We believe in living up to our name. No other private transportation company tour guide has this freedom to connect with activities that will provide you with all the experiences you may desire to enjoy.
